This is a very large two level condo located on the third floor, above one of the two pools, at the upper end of the Hale Kamaole complex. There is an elevator in the building. The condo has a nice garden as well as ocean view from the lanai (balcony). Excellent swimming and snorkelling less than 5 minutes from condo at fabulous Kamaole Beach Park #3.

Rates (April 16 - December 14): $155.00 U.S. for four people plus 13.43% tax per night.
Rates (December 15 - April 15): $195.00 US for four people plus 13.43% tax per night.
Additional Persons: $10.00 U.S. per night for each additional adult, plus 12.43% tax per night.
Children over 13 are considered adults.
Cleaning: A one-time cleanup fee of $155.00 U.S. will be charged for stays of less than eight nights.
Check in time: 11:00AM check out time 3:00PM
Deposit: $200.00 U.S. The deposit must be received by us within one week of your request for reservations in order for us to hold the condo. Balance is due sixty days prior to leaving for Maui. A $100 damage deposit is required at time of final payment sixty days prior to leaving.
