Terms and Conditions
One Bedroom Condo Rates
- Rates (May 1 - Sept 30): $100.00US for two adults plus 12.43% tax per night.
- Rates (Oct 1 - Dec 14): $110.00US for two adults plus 12.43% tax per night.
- Rates (Dec 15 - April 30): $135.00US for two adults plus 12.43% tax per night.
- Additional Persons: - $10.00US per night for one person plus 12.43% tax. There is no extra charge for children twelve years and under.
- Cleaning:$80.00 U.S. Departure Clean Fee Added to Each Rental
Two Bedroom Condo Rates
- Rates (April 1 - April 30): $135.00US for four people plus 12.43% tax per night.
- Rates (May 1 - Sept 30): $135.00US for four people plus 12.43% tax per night.
- Rates (Oct 1 - Dec 14): $135.00US for four people plus 12.43% tax per night.
- Rates (Dec 15 - March 31): $175.00US for four people plus 12.43% tax per night.
- Additional Persons: - $10.00US per night for one person plus 12.43% tax. There is no extra charge for children twelve years and under.
- Cleaning:A one-time cleanup fee of $155.00 U.S. will be charged for stays of less than eight nights.
All Condos
- Minimum Stay: - Minimum stay is 5 nights. Can be any day to any day, however, we will make an exception if we have short gaps in between bookings. We will post these on our Specials page at a discounted rate.
- Check in time: Check in 2 PM. Check out 10 AM.
- Deposit: $200.00US for every week booked. The deposit must be received by us within one week of your request for reservation in order for us to hold the condo. Balance is due sixty days prior to leaving for Maui. A $100.00 damage deposit is required at time of final payment sixty days prior to leaving for Maui.
